Sammy Nance is a freelance sports and portrait photographer running her own small business in Southern Indiana and Western Kentucky. In 2024 she graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism specializing in Photojournalism and Public Relations. During her time at IU she worked for the Mark Cuban Center for Sports Media and Technology as a photography intern. As a senior she was the primary photographer for IU’s wrestling and field hockey programs and enjoyed traveling with the teams. Sammy started as TA for HSJI in the summer of 2023 and now loves working as an instructor every summer!
