In order to access the IU computer network and to use The Media School’s equipment, students MUST create an IU computer account before they arrive on campus. This form cannot be completed until you receive an email confirming that you have successfully created or reactivated your IU affiliate account. 

This form is not required, but we invite you to complete it if the student attending HSJI will be traveling without a parent/guardian. You may also fill it out if you simply want to keep HSJI staff in the loop.
